What was the inspiration or color scheme for your wedding?

Staying true to our country roots, we knew we wanted a rustic wedding. I loved the unexpectedness of adding a touch of glamor, so our inspiration was a rustic-chic theme! Apple green went well with our outdoor venue, and really allowed the natural beauty of the ranch to shine.

What was your favorite wedding moment?

My favorite moment was seeing Sam for the first time on our wedding day. Our photographer set up our “first look” at a beautiful location in the trees down by the river. Soaking up the anticipated excitement of the day in such a serene setting was an unforgettable feeling! The intimacy of it focused us on how excited we were to spend our forever together.

HOW DID YOU AND THE GROOM FIRST MEET?

Sam and I were high school sweethearts! We started dating after we went as dates to the homecoming dance my freshman year.

What was your favorite part of the Weddington Way experience? Why did it work for you?

Weddington Way was the answer to my bridesmaid dress prayers! My bridesmaids were scattered clear across the country, and the availability for everyone to order their dress from one place was next to impossible. Being able to order the dresses online, in one spot, was such a lifesaver!

I also loved the idea of each of my bridesmaids picking out their own style of dress. The "share" option let each of my bridesmaids see what style others had picked which was great!

Lastly, the customer service offered by Weddington Way was truly one of a kind. One of my bridesmaids was pregnant, and the dress selected didn't have a maternity option. The gals at Weddington Way let us order fabric by the yard so that we could sew the dress ourselves ensuring a perfect fit!
